Friday November 14
The Indie Alehouse, our opening night host of last year’s inaugural Toronto Bourbon Week, is once again kicking things off this year with the unique bourbon pairing event Fingers and Bones.
Starting at 5pm on Friday, November 14th and going all night, they will have a special Toronto Bourbon Week ‘Bones’ feature of Chicken Wings in a Spicy Bourbon Sauce, and Pork Ribs in a Sweet Bourbon Sauce. You’ll be able to order either one as a meal (with choice of side) or together in combo (with a side). The Wings special will be $15, the Ribs special will be $19, or the Combo of both Ribs & Wings will be $19. And there will also be a bourbon-infused dessert – a Sticky Toffee Pudding with a Hot Bourbon Sauce to finish things off.
As for the ‘Fingers’, Indie will also have special bourbon and barrel aged beer flights to complement the food specials. More details on specifics of the flight will be announced closer to the event – but in traditional Indie style you can bet on the selection being unique and delicious.
This event is general admission and no tickets are required. If you like the sounds of Fingers and Bones (and who doesn’t?) then you’ll want to mark down Friday, November 14th as this special will only be available on that day. We look forward to seeing you at our opening night event of Toronto Bourbon Week!
