Tuesday November 18

Another new participant this year is Jump Restaurant, and they’ve got the premium Bourbon Discovery Dinner on Tuesday the 18th at 7:30pm.  This outstanding looking dinner is one of the finest that Toronto Bourbon Week has ever seen, a one-of-a-kind four course menu created by chef Rhian Rodrigues, pairing bourbon drink with bourbon-infused dishes.  It begins with Guilt & Honey, a opening cocktail made with Knob Creek, followed by Pork Cheek Rillettes made with Jim Beam Devil’s Cut, paired with a Bourbon Sour.  Next up is a Caramelized Sea Scallop made with Basil Hayden, paired with a Kentucky Peach Stand.  Third course is an Ontario Angus Tri-Tip made with and paired with Maker’s 46.  And the final course, a Sticky Date Pudding made with and paired with Booker’s Bourbon.  We’re thrilled that Jump has come on board at Toronto Bourbon Week this year, and they’re bringing their A game with this dinner.  Tickets to the dinner are $92 (plus taxes), which includes five cocktails, four courses and gratuity.  You can read more about the dinner and purchase tickets online here.
